A foundational class for those who have either never baked before or baked very little. You'll walk away with the confidence to try baking at home as well as a thorough understanding of the benefits of fermentation for our health.​

In this hands-on class, you'll discover the science behind natural cleaning, create your own range of sprays, scrubs, and detergents, and leave with practical tips to reduce your environmental footprint.

Discover how to craft kombucha, sparkling sodas with leftover whey, tepache and more! We'll forage in the herb garden to gather unique flavours for our creations. No artificial additives are used, just pure, effervescent refreshment. Our recipes sparkle with health and flavour.​

We often collaborate with guest chefs and other thought-provoking foodies who share our values. Workshops over and above those detailed here include: a day of salads, cooking with teens, baking with kids and healthy snacks.
